Long Island Historian Dale Spencer has served the Long Island Historical Community for the last 20 years. Serving as the curator for The Lake Ronkonkoma Historical Society Museum, and is a former Board Member for the Ronkonkoma Chamber of commerce. He currently serves as a Board Member for the Suffolk County Lake Ronkonkoma Advisory Board. Actively a member of the Lake Ronkonkoma Heritage Association.  Dale is the President of the W.S. Commerdinger Park Preservation Society, and the Author of two books about Long Island History including the Postcard History Series. Dales is also a research assistant and Senior Tour guide at the Suffolk County Vanderbilt Museum.
